Ingredients
- 1 or 2 heads of Napa lettuce
- 5 or 6 green onions
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 to 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 packages ramen noodles, crush in package (do not use seasoning)
- 1 small package slices almonds
Directions
Chop lettuce and place in large bowl.
Melt butter in skillet and toast ingredients until ingredients are light brown. Toss with lettuce and onions.
Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
Mix in a shaker container. Shake well and mix with above right before serving.
