Napa Salad Recipe

  Salad

Ingredients:
1 or 2 heads of Napa lettuce
5 or 6 green onions

1 stick butter
1/2 to 1 tsp sesame seeds
2 packages ramen noodles, crush in package (do not use seasoning)
1 small package slices almonds

Directions:
Chop lettuce and place in large bowl.

Melt butter in skillet and toast ingredients until ingredients are light brown. Toss with lettuce and onions.

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix in a shaker container. Shake well and mix with above right before serving.
