Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter or hard margarine
  • 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 5 tbsp. water

Directions

Put first 5 ingredients into bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Add both cheeses. Toss. Sprinkle with water. Mix into a ball. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 16 x 5 inch rectangle. Cut in 1/2 inch wid estrips. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes until golden. Cool on rack.
