Olive salad: Mix olives, pimentos, anchovy, capers, oregano, black pepper and oil, cover and marinate for 12 hours. Sandwich: Slice the bread in half horizontally. Remove a little of the inside of the top crust, if it real thick. Brush the bottom half of the bread with a little olive oil. layer the salami, ham, provolone, and mozzeralla slices. Top with as much of the salad as you wish and put on the top half of the bread. I suggest you heat in the oven to warm and melt the cheese a bit. Cut in quarters and enjoy.
