I've never made this, but my daughter has and gave me the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cake mix (pound cake(best) or lemon)
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 large can mandarin oranges, undrained
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Frosting
- 1 large can crushed pinapple, with juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box instant French Vanilla Pudding
- 1 carton Cool Whip
Directions
Mix the cake indg. for three minutes. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
Mix all frosting indg. except Cool Whip. Fold Cool Whip in last.
This freezes well
