Ingredients

  • 1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/3 c. light cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. grated white cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. garlic cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 T. mayonnaise

Directions

Spread cream cheeses on bottom of casserole dish. Spread very finely diced artichokes and spinach on next layer. Sprinkle grated white cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 350 for 7 - 10 minutes. Remove and stir in mayonnaise. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and sprinkle chopped green onion on top. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
