This is excellant grilled for a quick "after work" meal.
Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- juice from one lemon
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 t. black pepper
Directions
Whisk together lemon juice, oil, rosemary, garlic and pepper.
Pour over pork tenderloins and marinate for up to 24 hours.
Barbecue or bake in 400 oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
