Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloinsjuice from one lemon 1/4 c. olive oil 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/8 t. black pepper
Directions:
Whisk together lemon juice, oil, rosemary, garlic and pepper. Pour over pork tenderloins and marinate for up to 24 hours. Barbecue or bake in 400 oven for 25 - 30 minutes. This is excellant grilled for a quick "after work" meal.
