Ingredients

  • 1 1/2cup bulgar wheat
  • 4 to 5 tomatoes squeeze a little to take out seeds
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped parsley
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice

Directions

Place bulgar wheat in a bowl and cover with plenty water. Leave overnight. Strain. Cut tomatoes quite small, add parsely and very finely chopped garlic. Add salt to taste, and oil and lemon juice. As I don't quite know how much olive oil and lemon, I just keep adding until the taste is to my liking.
