Ingredients:
1 1/2cup bulgar wheat4 to 5 tomatoes squeeze a little to take out seeds garlic to taste 1 1/2 cups finely chopped parsley salt olive oil lemon juice
Directions:
Place bulgar wheat in a bowl and cover with plenty water. Leave overnight. Strain. Cut tomatoes quite small, add parsely and very finely chopped garlic. Add salt to taste, and oil and lemon juice. As I don't quite know how much olive oil and lemon, I just keep adding until the taste is to my liking. |
