Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. soft Crisco
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 tsp. baking powder
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. drained pineapple
Directions
Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, Crisco. Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well and then add pineapple. Drop on greased cookie sheet by teaspoons. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool and then ice.
ICING:
1 c. powdered sugar
About 2 tsp. pineapple juice
Smear on top of cookie and let dry.
