Ingredients:
4 eggs1 c. sugar 1 c. soft Crisco 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 6 tsp. baking powder 4 c. flour 1 c. drained pineapple
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, Crisco. Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well and then add pineapple. Drop on greased cookie sheet by teaspoons. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool and then ice.ICING: 1 c. powdered sugar About 2 tsp. pineapple juice Smear on top of cookie and let dry. | |
