This will work on chicken, pork and other fish.
Ingredients
- Tsp Allspice
- Tsp Fresh grated Nutmeg
- Tsp Cinnamon
- Tsp Cardamon
- Tbs Dijon Mustard
- Tsp each of black and white pepper
- 2 Habaneros Chiles
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup each of orange juice and lime juice
- Fresh Herbs:
- Tsp Thyme
- Tsp Mint
- Tsp Oregano
- Tsp Marjorem
- Tsp Sage
- Tsp Rosemary
- ( 1/2 the amount of dried herbs can sub)
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender. Puree.Put into non reactive bowl and marinate salmon for 1 to 3 hours. Grill or bbq salmon to perfection.
