This will work on chicken, pork and other fish.

Ingredients

  • Tsp Allspice
  • Tsp Fresh grated Nutmeg
  • Tsp Cinnamon
  • Tsp Cardamon
  • Tbs Dijon Mustard
  • Tsp each of black and white pepper
  • 2 Habaneros Chiles
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup each of orange juice and lime juice
  • Fresh Herbs:
  • Tsp Thyme
  • Tsp Mint
  • Tsp Oregano
  • Tsp Marjorem
  • Tsp Sage
  • Tsp Rosemary
  • ( 1/2 the amount of dried herbs can sub)

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender. Puree.Put into non reactive bowl and marinate salmon for 1 to 3 hours. Grill or bbq salmon to perfection.
