Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of carrots or green beans
  • 1t cayenne pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 4 heads of dill
  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 1/2 cups vinegar.

Directions

pack lengthwise in hot jars leave 1/4 inch at top pour hot mix over beans put caps on process 10 min.
