I like this a lot better than fat-free or low-fat sour cream as a topping.

Ingredients

  • Low-fat cottage cheese
  • Molly McButter sour cream flavor
  • Salt and pepper
  • Finely chopped chives or green onion

Directions

Put about 1 cup cottage cheese and 2 teaspoons Molly McButter in a mini food processor or blender container. Process until smooth. Use to top baked potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chives or green onion.
