Cottage Cheese Topping for Baked Potatoes Recipe | |

Ingredients:
Low-fat cottage cheeseMolly McButter sour cream flavor Salt and pepper Finely chopped chives or green onion
Directions:
Put about 1 cup cottage cheese and 2 teaspoons Molly McButter in a mini food processor or blender container. Process until smooth. Use to top baked potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chives or green onion.I like this a lot better than fat-free or low-fat sour cream as a topping.
