Ingredients

  • 8 oz. grated white cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • Black pepper
  • 9 good size potatoes

Directions

Prepare day before. Boil potatoes, cook hard not mushy chill and grate into a buttered casserole.

Sauce: cook until cheese melts. Cook above ingredients and spread over potatoes. Dot with margarine and paprika. Refrigerate 24 hours. After 24 hours bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
