This is decadently rich and oh-so yummy!
Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1 c. smooth peanut butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- FROSTING:
- 3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 c. powder sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
CAKE: Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Combine margarine and sugar; beat until creamy. Blend in peanut butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternately add flour and milk and beat. Pour into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
FROSTING:
Blend first four ingredients. Beat in last two. Spread on cooled cake.
