Ingredients:
CAKE:1 c. smooth peanut butter 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. margarine 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. milk FROSTING: 3/4 c. smooth peanut butter 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt 3 c. powder sugar 2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
CAKE: Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Combine margarine and sugar; beat until creamy. Blend in peanut butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternately add flour and milk and beat. Pour into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutesFROSTING: Blend first four ingredients. Beat in last two. Spread on cooled cake. This is decadently rich and oh-so yummy!
