• 1 lb stew meat
  • 1 pkg brown gravy mix
  • 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 2 tabelspoons dehydrated onion
  • 1/4 cup cooking wine
  • 1 cup water


cook meat, gravy mix, onion, wine and water in crock pot on low 6-8 hours. remove lid, increase temp to high, add mushroon, cook until liquid thickens. (add add'l gravy mix if needed) add sour cream and serve over rice or noodles
