Ingredients:
1 lb stew meat1 pkg brown gravy mix 1 can mushroom stems and pieces 1 pt sour cream 2 tabelspoons dehydrated onion 1/4 cup cooking wine 1 cup water
Directions:
cook meat, gravy mix, onion, wine and water in crock pot on low 6-8 hours. remove lid, increase temp to high, add mushroon, cook until liquid thickens. (add add'l gravy mix if needed) add sour cream and serve over rice or noodles | |
