I am located in Charlotte, NC and there is a long-standing restaurant here that makes the best ever shrimp cocktail sauce. It's so strong with horseradish (I think maybe fresh grated)that it nearly blows your head off, but you can't stop eating it. If anyone has such a recipe, I would be so grateful to have it. I have searched the web over and can't find it.
