The bottom layer is like a chocolate devils food cake about 1 inch high, then there is a layer of what tastes like vanilla/hazelnut mousse with whip cream mixed in and has the color just a little lighter than cappuccino and is about a half inch high. The top layer is about 3 inches of what I guess is Chocolate mouse cake with Hazelnuts and chunks of chocolate all though out the layer, that is topped by what seems like a semi-sweet Grenache with a few Hazelnut shavings on it. The whole cake is in the shape of a bunt cake pan. They sell it at Intermezzo in Atlanta.
