Ingredients

  • 4-6 lb. beef in about 1 1/2" cubes (or pork or lamb)
  • Mix together marinade:
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 3 tsp. oregano
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

Marinate meat cubes overnight or longer. Thread on skewers (discard marinade, no basting necessary). Grill over hot coals or broil.
