Ingredients
- 4-6 lb. beef in about 1 1/2" cubes (or pork or lamb)
- Mix together marinade:
- 3 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 3 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
Marinate meat cubes overnight or longer. Thread on skewers (discard marinade, no basting necessary). Grill over hot coals or broil.
