Ingredients

  • 1 part cognac (less expensive, use korbel brandy - no other brand!)
  • 1 part cointreau (less expensive, use triple sec)
  • 6 parts red wine
  • 1/4 cup sugar, or more-to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (or more, to taste)
  • 1 bt. Sparkling wine or champagne
  • Orange slices
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh peach slices or apple slices
  • Sliced strawberries

Directions

If possible, pre-chill all liquid ingredients. Combine all together in large pitcher.
