if you happen to have any interesting recipies for me to try i would appreciate any thing from soup to salsa .......thanks


  • 2 spring chickens, cut into 8 each
  • 3 large onions, diced finley
  • 1 tbsp shortening
  • peppercorn to taste
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp paprika


Saute onions in shortening on low heat, add paprika and chicken, cover with water, and let stew, covered with lid for 45 min.
Add salt and peppercorns and let stew another 30 min
Then mix the flour and sour cream into sauce.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat.( if left too long it can seperate).
Serve with egg noodle or boiled rice
