Ingredients

  • 14 oz can stewed tomatoes with juice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 cup Uncle Ben's rice, uncooked
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is done, stirring occasionally.
