Ingredients

  • Here is another version of cabbage and noodles I found.
  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 cups or more noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

Chop small head of cabbage; fry in oil or bacon fat with sliced onion. Add a little water. Cook, covered, for a few minutes, then remove cover so cabbage will brown a little, then add the noodles when the cabbage is done. Season with salt and pepper. Mix together and cook a few minutes more.
