Ingredients

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1/4 Tablespoon White Pepper
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1/8 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Dry Rosemary
  • 4 Chicken Breasts, halved
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Directions


Mix pepper, paprika, salt rosemary in bowl.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Dredge chicken breast in butter and then dip in spices, coating both sides.
Cook in saucepan over medium-high heat, 7 minutes each side, or until blackened.
