- Chicken pieces, skinned if desired
- Olive oil
- Schilling Caribbean Jerk Seasonin
Before grilling, brush chicken pieces with olive oil. Sprinkle with Schilling Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, using lots if you like it spicy. Also, there is a marinade recipe for chicken on the spice bottle.
