Ingredients
- 6T. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 10 oz. cheddar cheese - shredded
- 20 oz. cooked & chopped broccoli
Directions
Melt butter over low heat, stir in flour until all flour been mixed. Add the chicken broth & milk stirring until the mixture is thick. Add cheese & stir until it has melted. Broccoli is the last, simmer 20- 30 min & enjoy!
Best refrigerated overnight & then served.
