Ingredients

  • Olive Oil (or other oil, if desired), enough for brushing the veggies; you don't need too much,
  • Any Herbs (dried or fresh) We like basil and rosemary
  • Lots Of Garlic
  • Lemon Juice Or Any Kind Of Vinegar (Balsamic or white wine vinegar are good)

Directions

We grill ours on both the indoor and outdoor grills and they have the most wonderful flavor. Use any oil, vinegar and herbs you like. Experiment, if you dare! You can also grill zucchini, eggplant (it's very good!), pumpkin and other squashes.
