• 1 lb. roll pork sausage
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • Milk
  • 1 tube Pillsbury buttermilk Grands
  • salt
  • pepper


Brown sausage in skillet with high sides. Drain and save 2 tablespoons of drippings. Add flour to the drippings in skillet. Add 1 cup of milk stiring continuously over Medium heat. As mixture starts to boil and thicken, slowly add additional milk to make the gravy the consistancy that you like. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Return sausage to gravy mixture. Boil over medium heat several minutes. Make sure that you stir very frequently. While the gravy is cooking, bake you biscuits according to package directions.
