You can also cook in the oven, then when its time for the barbecue sauce, put it on a hot grill and baste with the sauce and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole slabs of pork ribs(3-4 lbs.)
  • Prepared yellow mustard
  • Ground black pepper
  • Hungarian paprika
  • Dark or Light brown sugar
  • Your favorite bottle barbacue sauce
  • Liquid Smoke

Directions

Lightly rub prepared mustard all over the ribs. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper(no salt)on both sides. Sprinkle generously with paprika on both sides. Crumble brown sugar over both side of the ribs and press into meat.

Place meat in a roasting pan, sprinkle a little liquid smoke in the pan(about 1-2 teaspoons, depending on your taste) and cover tightly. Put into a 325 degree oven and roast for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove from oven, remove cover. Pour on your favorite barbecue sauce, put back in oven. Cook for another 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve.
