Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups (2 large) finely diced apple
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup apple juice

Directions

Beat oil and eggs together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Rour into lightly oiled and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
