Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (Kluski) german village noodles
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 stalks diced celery
  • 1/2 green pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Brown meat & onions together. Then add the rest of the ingredients as listed except for the noodles. Simmer 20 minutes to make a rich sauce. While sauce is simmering, prepare noodles as directed on pkg. After the 20 minutes, fold noodles into the sauce. Mix well and put into a casserole and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
