Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (preferably freshly grated)
  • 2 cups Best Foods Mayonnaise (Hellmans in the Midwest)
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans crab meat, rinsed and picked over
  • 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 2 - 3 green onions, sliced, including green tops

Directions

Combine all ingredients except green onions, well with a spoon. Transfer to heat proof dish. Bake at 375 degrees about 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle green onions over top. Serve with corn chips or Melba toast. (Chandlars Crab House and Fresh Fish Market is my favorite seafood restaurant in Seattle. They give out recipe cards for a few of their most popular dishes.
