Ingredients

  • 6 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup chopped cooked bacon (reserve some for top)
  • 1 cup grated cheese (reserve some for top)
  • 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts

Directions

Preparation: Combine popcorn, onion, celery, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese and water chestnuts. Chill. Top with reserved bacon and cheese. Best when used within 3 to 4 hours.s


Makes 6 - 8 servings.
