Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. chopped pecans
- 2 medium Asian pears, halved, cored and thinly sliced Lettuce leaves
Directions
1. Combine cottage cheese, lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl; beat until well blended.
2. Fold in pecans and set aside.
3. Sprinkle small amount of lemon juice over pear slices to prevent browning.
4. Fan pear slices on bed of lettuce; top with cottage cheese mixture. Chill well before serving.
