Ingredients

  • Brown Miso
  • veggies - onions,garlic, carrots, pea pods, leeks etc.
  • Put the veggies in some good oil until onions/leeks are transluscent and add garlic for a minute then other veggies. Add H20 and Miso. Did this all the time in the 70's but you will just have to play around with it until you get it right. Just start with a small amount of miso because it can be overpowering. You can also add cubes of tofu. Easy & Quick!
