Easy, cheap, and good. Personally, I like to add a tablespoon of Amaretto or Kalya for a different flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 bittersweet chocolate squares
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • ground nuts, icing sugar or sprinkles to garnish.

Directions

In a pot, slowly melt chocolate, milk and icing sugar over low heat, stir until completely melted. Then remove from heat, and fold in Oreo crumbs. Refrigerate approximately 30 minutes or until firm enough to form little balls of 1-inch diameter. Roll truffles into ground nuts to garnish if desired.
