Ingredients
- Walleye
- Butter
- Onion
- Lots of pepper
- Lemon juice
Directions
Marinate walleye fillets in lemon juice for at least 1/2 hour before grilling. Make an aluminum boat for placing on the grill - place fish on aluminum - covers with lots of onions - pepper and drizzle with butter. Grill - stirring occasionally - until fish is done. Do not overcook.
