• 1 can refried beans
  • black olives- chopped
  • scallions- chopped
  • tomatoes- diced
  • guacamole
  • sour cream or not-fat plain yogurt
  • shredded chedder cheese


In a large pan spread the refried beans. Layer on this the olives, tomatoes, and scallions. On this put the guacamole (either actual guacamole- avacado, onion, garlic, lemon juice or just mashed avacado). On this goes the sour cream. Cover all the guacamole so it doesn't turn brown. On this put shredded cheese. The amounts of each ingredient will vary depending on the size pan or dish you use.
