• 1 cup Irish whiskey
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate extract
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp. powdered instant coffee or expresso


In blender, mix all ingredients at low speed. Transfer to bottle withtight cover or cork. Refrigerate 8 hours until ready to serve. Shake well, serve cold over cracked ice.
