This is very simple but very good. You can lightly steam the broc and caul if the really raw flavor doesn't suit you.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 bunch of green onions, cut into small pieces
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley ranch dressing
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

Toss vegetables. Mix dressing according to package, add sugar.

Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
