Ingredients
- Regular Martini (4-1)
- 1 1/2 jiggers gin
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- The Dry Martini (8-1)
- 1 1/2 jiggers gin
- 1/4 ounce dry vermouth
- The Extra-Dry Martini (12-1)
- 1 1/2 jiggers gin
- 1 teaspoon dry vermouth
Directions
For any version: stir well with shaved ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish as desired with an olive or lemon peel.
(Vermouth has a limited shelf life once opened. Purchase in small bottles to avoid stale martinis.)
