Ingredients

  • 3 medium peaches chopped ( about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 C. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 C. chopped red onion
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. orange juice
  • 1 T. finely chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves ginely chopped garlic

Directions

In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Cover & refrigerate until serving time. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature with grilled chicken.
