Ingredients

  • 1 pound chipped ham
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2-3 tbls yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • splash of lemon juice
  • splash of orange juice
  • onion flakes (optional)

Directions

Mix ketchup, mustard and brown sugar in sauce pan. Be sure there are no lumps. Add in juices and onion flakes, salt and pepper to taste. If sauce is too thick, add in more orange juice as a thinner. Heat over low flame, add in ham. Serve on buns.
