Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
Directions
Beat the egg; add the milk and other ingredients in the order given, beating well. Fry in pan or on griddle, as you would other pancakes. Top with your favorite syrup and a dusting of confectioners' sugar. For a large family double or triple the ingredients.
Serves 4-6.
