Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. container nonfat lemon yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, cleaned and hulled
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tsps. granulated sugar

Directions

Combine lemon yogurt, strawberries, banana and sugar in blender container. Whirl on high for 30 seconds. Sweeten to taste, if desired. Serve cold.


Makes 2 one-cup servings each with 158 calories, 1 g fat and 2 mg cholesterol.
